My domain name
You can easily manage your domain name by logging on to our online self-service portal.
Log on using your user ID, which you can find on an order confirmation or invoice from us.
In the self-service portal, you can:
- Pay your invoices
- Delete your domain name
- Update your contact information
Additional persons associated with your domain name
Please note that three different roles are associated with your domain name:
- Registrant (owner of the right to use the domain name)
- Proxy
- Billing contact
You often hold all three roles.

How to register a domain name
- Check to see if the domain name is available in whois
- Register it through one of our domain name providers
- Activate it by completing ID check if necessary
