Postdoc Sebastian Schwemer presents on the course an overview of the changes that have taken place in the intermediaries and their responsibilities in the light of recent EU developments.
21 November 2018, 1-2.30 pm we focus on the phenomenon trusted notifiers. Online content is increasingly being enforced by private actors and a specific trend is that the removal of illegal online content is being enforced by third parties. Postdoc Sebastian Schwemer presents an overview of different types of trusted notifier models and analyzes the relevance of these models to domain name-related removal of online content.
