If you have received an e-mail from simply.com about the validation of your user ID at DK Hostmaster, you can do so by logging into our self-service with your user ID, password and NemID.
If you do not have a user ID and password, you can order new ones in our self-service.
If you can't log in
If you do not receive a login after you have ordered one, it may be because you are registered with an incorrect e-mail address in our systems, and you therefore have to contact us either by telephone or via our contact form.
However, we recommend that you wait 14 days to contact us, as we are very busy at the moment.
Your domains are not affected even if you wait with the validation.
