As of February 2020, Iben Sparsø is head of customer service at DK Hostmaster.
For several years Iben Sparsø has focused on increasing customer satisfaction in support functions, and is an expert in strengthening the customer service department's value for the company.
We are strengthening our customer service to be prepared for launch of a new registrar/registry model later this year. Implementing this will mean that registrars in the future will have the opportunity, for example, to pay a customer's invoices, change contact information and change name servers for the customer - if the customer wishes it. This new approach will have a great impact on our customer service, and here Iben Sparsø will play an important role.
Iben Sparsø has extensive experience as a customer service manager. Previously she has worked for 3x34 Transport and Øresundsbro Konsortiet A/S.
