Restoring a suspended domain name

Has your domain name been suspended?

If you do not pay your bill on time, we suspend your domain name. In many cases, you can restore it on our self-service for a fee of DKK 125 pr. domain name.

Warning

You will receive a warning before we suspend your domain name. We send a warning of suspension about 3 days after the invoice due date. The warning is sent by email to the payer of the domain name and the registrant of the domain name will also be notified about the missing payment by email.

If you do not pay the domain fee, we will suspend the domain name about 14 days after sending the warning.

Deletion

We delete the domain name after it has been suspended for 30 days. The domain name can then be registered by others. During the 30 days suspension period, you have the opportunity to restore the domain name by paying the domain fee and a restoration fee. Read more about deletion in our terms and conditions.
