WHOIS is a standardised protocol querying registries. DK Hostmaster offer a WHOIS service for querying domain names, user handles and name server host names registered with the DK Hostmaster registry.

The service is available for the public and requires no additional integration apart from a WHOIS client available on most modern operating systems.

Who are we?

DK Hostmaster is the administrator for domain names ending with .dk.

We maintain a part of the infrastructure (DNS) in the Danish internet space and we administer a WHOIS database containing contact information on everyone with a registered .dk domain name.
